Welcome to the new 2009-2010 Black Seminarians Union Blogspot. BSU cherises theological and seminarian education and training and hopes that its efforts will help future pastors, ministers and theologians gain knowledge and wisdom during the seminary journey. It has been 40 years that BSU has been active in ministry in the Duke Divinity, Duke University, and Durham communities.

Final thought from a Div graduate
Make sure you always evaluate the progress of your work. If you worked hard on an assignment and didn't get a good grade check into it. Sometimes grades are given on other factors such as impression or bias rather than merit. If you worked harder, there should be some sign of improvement in the form of a higher grade. You are paying for your growth to be somewhat evaluated properly. Your goal is to be your best for Christ.
